Christopher Gee has most recently been a Magistrate with the Common Pleas Court since January of 2019, working under the direction of Judge Wall. His service as a Magistrate began in 1997, working in the General Division and in the Probate and Juvenile Divisions of the Miami County Common Pleas Court. He was elected Judge of the General Division in 2010 and re-elected to a second term. Before becoming a Magistrate, Gee had been engaged in the private practice of law, primarily with the firm of Huffman, Landis and Weaks. He has also served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the office of former Miami County Prosecuting Attorney, Jeffrey Welbaum. During the summer of 2022, Gee will be celebrating his fiftieth year of marriage to his extraordinary wife, Kathleen. They have three children and ten grandchildren who provide endless opportunities for entertainment.
