Court of Common Pleas - Court Administrator

The Court Administrator implements the administrative policies of the Court, develop policies & procedures, and provides research & advising services, public information services, and other special projects for the Court.

The Court Administrator is appointed by the Court & supervises the various departments and operations of the Court. The operations include purchasing, finance, budgeting, technology, human resources, and administer Court grants.

Court Administrator Hannah Parshall

Hannah Parshall Common Pleas Court AdministratorHannah L. Parshall serves as the Court Administrator/Deputy Jury Commissioner for the Miami County Court of Common Pleas, General and Domestic Relations Division. As a judicial administrator with nearly two decades of experience in Ohio's court system, she is committed to advancing efficient, accessible, and innovative court operations. In her dual role, Hannah oversees the administrative functions of the Court, supports judicial initiatives, manages court programs and services, oversees the administration of the jury system, and works to ensure the efficient, fair, and impartial selection and management of jurors while enhancing the delivery of justice for the citizens of Miami County.

Prior to joining the General Division, Hannah served as the Court Administrator and Fiscal Director for the Miami County Juvenile and Probate Court, where she led administrative, financial, and technology initiatives that improved court operations and organizational efficiency.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies and is a Certified Court Manager (CCM) through the National Center for State Courts' Institute for Court Management. She is currently a Certified Court Executive (CCE) Candidate and has completed additional judicial leadership and professional development programs through the Supreme Court of Ohio and the National Center for State Courts.

Throughout her career, Hannah has focused on strengthening court administration through strategic leadership, technology innovation, fiscal stewardship, and collaboration. She is dedicated to promoting public trust and confidence in the judiciary through effective court management and responsible stewardship of public resources.
