Magistrate Autumn White

Magistrate Autumn H. White was appointed by the Honorable Jeannine Pratt and began serving the Miami County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, on January 12, 2026. Prior to her appointment, she served as a Magistrate in the Montgomery County Juvenile Court, where she presided over abuse, neglect, and dependency proceedings. Earlier in her career, she served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Miami County Prosecutor's Office representing Miami County Children's Services, a Guardian ad Litem in domestic relations and juvenile courts, and a Staff Attorney for The Buckeye Ranch. Magistrate White now presides over domestic relations cases, including divorce, dissolution, custody, parenting time, support, and civil protection orders. She is a graduate of Capital University Law School and The Ohio State University and is a member of the Miami County Bar Association.
