For residents living in the following jurisdictions or subdivisions, the Miami County Sanitary Engineering Department supplies your water and/or sewer service.

Our technicians will read your service meter monthly by remote on a regular basis the week of the 15th. Water/sewer bills are mailed out the last business day of the month. If you do not receive your bill by the 1st or 2nd of the month, please call our office (937-440-5653). Payment is always due on the 15th. Delinquent notices will be mailed after penalties have been posted. If payment is not in our office by the delinquent due date, a $35.00 nonpayment service charge will be added to your account and customers will be disconnected without further notice.

City of Piqua supplies the Sanitary Engineering Department meter reads for Springcreek Subdivision. The Village of Fletcher supplies the Sanitary Engineering Department meter reads for Fletcher. The Sanitary Engineering Department reads South Market Street and South County Road 25-A meters.
