We are incredibly thankful to our supporters. Your donations, no matter the size, allow us to provide the best care possible for our animals. There are a variety of ways to help your Miami County Animal Shelter.

Monetary Donations

All financial contributions support the care of our animals, including medical expenses, general operation, and improvement of the shelter. You may designate where your funds are specifically used, or you may make your contribution to the general expenses of the Shelter.

Please make checks payable to Miami County Animal Shelter. Donations can be dropped off at the Shelter during regular business hours or mailed to 1110 North County Road 25A, Troy, OH 45373.

Miami County, Ohio Animal Shelter Needed Items For June Soft dog treats, copy paper and clumping cat litter.

Below are our August monthly needs.

  • Soft training treats – These are used daily for training, enrichment, and helping dogs build positive associations with staff, volunteers, and potential adopters.

 

  • Slip leashes – These are an essential tool used every day to safely handle dogs during intake, medical exams, walks, transports, and adoptions. These are used by staff, volunteers and local Police officers in and outside of the shelter.
