Walk-In Pet Services
We’re here to help keep your pets safe and healthy. Miami County Animal Shelter offers select services to the public during regular business hours—no appointment needed. Whether you need a microchip or a core canine vaccine, you can stop in anytime we’re open. These services are provided as part of our commitment to supporting pet owners in our community.
- Microchipping – $30 (only available during vaccine clinics)
- Free DAPPV (Canine distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza, and parvovirus)
- Free FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia)
- Future: Low-cost vaccine and microchip clinics
Next Clinic is June 18th, 2026, from 6-8 pm at Miami County Animal Shelter.
No appointment necessary. All cats must be in a carrier, and all dogs on a leash.
Services offered during clinic:
- $10 Rabies (dogs & cats) 3-year rabies offered, must bring proof of previous rabies vaccine.
- Free DAPPV (dogs)
- Free FVRCP (cats)
- $30 Microchip
