Sanitary Engineering Office Drop Box
A payment drop box is also available at the Sanitary Engineering Office and is accessible:
- Monday – Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
AutoPay (ACH) Payments
We now offer Automatic Bank Draft (ACH) payments.
To enroll:
- Complete the ACH Authorization Form.
- Include a voided check.
- Submit the documents to our office.
Please allow one to two billing cycles for automatic withdrawals to begin.

Online Bill Payment
Water and sewer customers may pay their bills online by creating an account with a username and password.
Important Information
A convenience fee is charged for online payments. This fee is paid directly to the payment processor and is not retained by the Miami County Sanitary Engineering Department.
If you experience difficulty creating an account or making a payment, please contact Customer Service at (937) 440-5653, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
