Pay your water and/or sewer bill quickly and securely through our online payment system.
First-Time Users
All water and sewer customers must create an online account using a unique username and password before accessing the payment portal.
Payment Processing Fees
Please note that all convenience fees are charged and collected by the payment processor, Point & Pay, and are not retained by Miami County Sanitary Engineering.
Credit Card Convenience Fees
- $1.00 – $50.00: $1.50 fee
- $51.00 – $100.00: $2.50 fee
- Fees increase by $1.50 for each additional $50.00 increment
Electronic Check (e-Check) Fee
- $2.50 per transaction for payments up to $10,000
Account Registration Tips
When creating your account, please ensure:
- Your account number is entered exactly as it appears on your bill, including the asterisks (*).
- Example: 13*015*1
- Your service address is entered in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Example: 201 W MAIN
